    Bob Watson spent 25 years buying, selling and running companies. He has been CEO of five companies, in industries including software, real estate sales training, boat manufacturing, computer peripherals and sheet metal manufacturing. Although Bob has done more than a dozen complex corporate mergers and acquisitions, he says that those deals don’t compare to helping someone buy or sell a home.

“I have done some exciting, big-dollar deals in the corporate world,” he says, “but when it was all said and done, everybody was just doing it for the money--and that’s not generally the case with residential real estate. A person’s home is a reflection of their personality and their values, and I really enjoy helping buyers find the perfect place for their family, or helping sellers pass down their property to another family who will appreciate it as much as they did.”

Bob grew up in Orlando, then went to New York City to attend Columbia University. He was an Honorable Mention All-Ivy pass receiver for the Lions and graduated with a B.A. in English Literature. He spent his early career at Procter & Gamble and J. Walter Thompson Advertising Agency, and then moved from the corporate life to the life of an entrepreneur. He has led two startups and two very successful turnarounds.
