| Tanna
was top salesperson for 2003 and she believes that following up with clients and good communication skills are more important in sales than any high-tech gadget on the market. Tanna graduated in 1999 as valedictorian of her college class with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an Associate of Arts degree in Business administration. She is co-owner of Fibercom, a communications equipment and network cabling company in Fremont with her fiance, jeff. A strong sense of community is important to Tanna and among other activities, she does her part by being assistant coach to a 6-and-under co-ed children's soccer team. "They're great kids, and so much fun", Tanna says. "Go, Guardians!" Tanna currently lives in Calaveras County, but like her father, she was born and raised in Jackson. After many moves out of the area, she has decided that the Gold Country has the friendliest people and is the place she wants to call home. "I'm so lucky to have been raised in a close-knot community where people are so down-to-earth and friendly", Tanya says. "It's a nice, comfortable feeling to know that the standard greeting is still a hug and a smile!" |
